Ebbtide, the zombie survival RTS by ProjectAlive, has not shipped, so specs may still move. Steam publishes minimum rows for Windows and macOS plus a note that final system requirements will be announced before release. This page copies those fields and marks anything missing as not announced as of 2026-10-22.

For release timing and platforms, see Ebbtide release date, price and platforms. For how the game looks in development shots, see gameplay overview and the FAQ.

Where do Ebbtide system requirements come from?

The authoritative list is the System Requirements block on the Ebbtide Steam store page. Japanese coverage on 4Gamer.net also mentions a Mac version as secondary context; numbers still come from Steam.

Screenshots show a detailed HUD, but HUD numbers are not spec requirements. Do not treat on-screen stats as RAM or VRAM targets.

Windows minimum requirements (Steam)

Requirement Steam minimum text Status as of 2026-10-22
Processor To be announced Not announced as of 2026-10-22
OS Windows 10 64-bit Announced
Memory To be announced Not announced as of 2026-10-22
Graphics To be announced Not announced as of 2026-10-22
DirectX Version 11 Announced
Storage 10 GB available space Announced
64-bit processor and OS Required (header line) Announced

Steam’s recommended column for Windows currently states only “Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system.” No CPU model, GPU tier, or RAM amount is listed there as of 2026-10-22.

macOS minimum requirements (Steam)

Requirement Steam minimum text Status as of 2026-10-22
Processor Apple Silicon (final specs to be announced) Partially announced
OS macOS (version to be announced) Not announced as of 2026-10-22
Apple processor Required (header line) Announced
Recommended column Requires an Apple processor Announced (no further detail)

Steam lists macOS alongside Windows; metadata also targets Apple Silicon rather than Intel Macs. An exact macOS version number is not announced as of 2026-10-22.

Steam does not publish recommended CPU, GPU, or RAM numbers for Ebbtide as of 2026-10-22. The recommended rows only repeat the 64-bit / Apple processor requirement. This wiki does not guess “comfortable” tiers from trailer footage.

If you need a machine checklist before wishlisting, pair this page with release date and platforms and watch Steam for updated rows.

How requirements relate to gameplay systems

Higher fidelity battles involve many units on the Los Angeles operations map, helicopters, and ground forces. Those features describe design intent, not minimum VRAM. Until ProjectAlive posts final specs, planning around 64-bit Windows 10, DirectX 11, 10 GB storage, and an Apple Silicon Mac matches the store page only.

What would change this page?

Refresh when Steam updates any requirement row, adds a recommended GPU or RAM value, or publishes macOS version details. A shipped build, demo, or playtest may also bring player-facing performance notes; until then, stay with Steam’s table.
